Demand for rental properties soars

There continues to be a very high demand for rental properties in the area. There is currently a shortage of rental properties, this may be caused by people not moving around as much, due to Covid restrictions.

We recently listed a house in Kernan to rent, on the first day, we has 64 email enquiries about the property.

Another house was listed in Mahon Drive, it was rented in 4 days, after many viewings.
